"Easy app, but the communication could be better"
The app itself is really easy to use — I was able to request my refill in like two taps. That part was great. I just wish the communication was clearer afterward, because I wasn’t totally sure what was happening or when to expect an update, which was kind of annoying...

Overall, CVS was good. I liked that I could see what my insurance covered before I paid, and the price was the same when I picked it up. No surprises. Not totally perfect, but way less confusing than other pharmacy sites I’ve used.

"Ridiculously Smooth Delivery"
I ordered a few cold meds and some vitamins from cvs.com, and I’m absolutely convinced the shipping was faster than it had any right to be. The tracking email showed up almost immediately, and somehow the updates were actually useful, which feels like a minor miracle.

The package landed exactly when they said it would, with nothing missing, crushed, leaking, or weird in any way. this was one of the easiest online orders I’ve ever placed, and I’d 100% use them again without even thinking twice

"Refills ready when they say"
My prescriptions, they’re always ready when they tell me they will be. I get the text reminders too, which helps because I’d probably forget otherwise. Haven’t had missing pills or any weird delays, so it’s been easy for me.

"Great first impression, just a bit of a wait"
My first impression was really positive, the pharmacist was friendly and helpful right away, which made the visit feel easy. My meds were mostly ready on time, so no real complaints there. The only downside was the line moved a little slower than I expected, but overall it’s a good pharmacy and I’d go back

“Customer service in this cvs is the worst. They discriminate against Latino people. Managers please pay attention. This unacceptable l can never shop here again never in my life rather remain with (presspharmacyshop.com) because of their legitimatecy and their customer service everything with them is cool.”
